Non-Profit Program
With increased capacity coming from our new Xerox 800 ColorPress and in celebration of our 25th anniversary in printing, East Van Graphics is pleased to offer even bigger discounts through 2012 for all LIVE event and Non-Profit purposes. All non-profit and LIVE event promotions will receive 25% off ALL listed prices, but in addition, digital posters will be 50% off our listed prices, when an equal value of other products are purchased for same event or purpose. This includes all listed items including postcards, flyers, rackcards, brochures, tickets, programs, large format, offset or digital. Remember that non-profit groups already get 25% off all these items and now this has been extended to ALL LIVE staged events, any nature. Below is a sample basket of items for an event promotion:
Group A
- 2000 postcard flyers 4/1, 4x6 size, $220
- 500 programs, 16 page, small size, all b/w: $264
- 500 tix, 4/0, numbered: $65
- 2 paper banners 24x36 inches each, $24
Total above group A: $573 less 25% = $429.75 plus taxes
Item B (BONUS DISCOUNT)
- Plus the bonus round, same or less number of posters at half price:
- 1000 outdoor posters: $350, less 50% discount, becomes $175
Grand total before taxes: $175 + $429.75 = $604.75 plus taxes
- or 2000 outdoor posters: $625, less 50% or $312.50, still fine for above combo
- even 3000 posters is $800, less 50%, or $400, still under the top group A price.

Remember to get 50% off posters the total discounted basket of other printing must only equal or surpass the net cost of posters after discount.
For all above items, we do not need any recognition whatsoever, no logo needed on your materials at all, unless you really want our logo there to balance the line or spacing. We can add logo if you prefer, but it is never required under this new discount regime.
We have a more limited full sponsorship available, which is 35% off EVERYTHING listed. Plus limited cost plus on custom offset printing, such as very large program runs. Of course we cannot offer this to everyone and every cause but as a rule these full sponsorships are health related. For instance we have been a long running sponsor of Shooting Stars events, including Starry Night, Fit For a Queen, Gambado, and Undercover, as these events all support many AIDS-related direct service agencies. If you are planning a non-profit event that funds any health-related agency, research or direct service, we will consider this for full sponsorship.
